Kacie Lovelace, Artistic Director & Owner

Kacie Lovelace is known for her fun personality and energetic mindset. She enjoys working with the students and helps them to develop the proper technique to advance in the dance world. She devotes time to develop self confidence in her students, and believes with that they begin to enjoy dance even more. 

 

Kacie has been dancing since she was three years old. She began her career at The Hanover School of Ballet. She has traveled all over the country dancing in Virginia, New York City, Florida - Walt Disney World, Myrtle Beach and many more. 

 

She has also combined her dance with song in many professional shows including FAME, Toyland, Joseph & The Technicolor Dreamcoat, Batman, Vietnam and many more.

 

She has been technically trained by NYCDA, Broadway and Dance Center. In 2008, she performed in the Capital One Half Time Show! 

Maria Hax- Senior Instructor, Co-Company Director, Studio Manager

Specializes in... Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Tricks and Lyrical 

Maria Hax has been a part of the dance scene, as a student and teacher, for over a decade! Teaching around Pennsylvania, Maryland and the DC area - she is an engaging and thoughtful instructor. Ms. Hax is trained in multiple dance areas: ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and acrobatics. She has been under the instruction of choreographers such as Melissa Sandvig (So You Think You Can Dance), Mark Biz Burke (Jabbawackeez Dance Crew, Las Vegas), and Ade Obayomi (So You Think You Can Dance). She was also selected to dance with previous American Idol contestant, Pia Toscana. She has won numerous awards around the nation for her dance instruction and choreography including Best Choreography Golden Ticket and Cool As Ice Award (Starpower Talent Competition Baltimore, Md),  Outstanding Choreography (Turn It Up Dance Challenge) & LA Funk Style Award (Nexstar National Talent Competition Woodbridge, VA).



Bailey Phillips - Instructor

 

 Bailey has been dancing since she was four years old and loves sharing her passion with the next generation. She is trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tap, jazz funk, modern, and musical theatre. During high school, she had the opportunity to take classes with renowned artists such as Amelia Lowe, Casie Goshow, Amy Yakima, and Cyrus Spencer, and performed in featured roles like Ursula in The Little Mermaid and Fastrada in Pippin.


After graduating, Bailey discovered her love for teaching and choreography. She has choreographed several junior productions at The Belmont Theatre in York, PA. Some favorites include Annie, Finding Nemo, and Seussical. She also serves as choreographer for Crimson Chords, Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s competitive a cappella group.

In addition to teaching, Bailey continues to perform with The Belmont Theatre and Acts of Kindness Theatre Company in shows such as Young Frankenstein, Descendants, and Rock of Ages. She is excited to keep inspiring students with her creativity, energy, and love for dance.

 

Erica Quinn-Instructor

Specializes in... Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical & Contemporary

Erica Quinn has been dancing since the age of four. Growing up, she danced at The Hanover School of Ballet under the direction of Debra Blume-Byers. This gave her the opportunity to dance in many foreign countries - including, Austria, Hungary, Czeck, Slovakia, and China. She has also danced in many dance competitions through the United States. After High School, Erica attended Lock Haven University being trained by Professor Jayme Host in the areas of ballet and modern dance. While in college, she was a member of Dance Consort with the title of Vice President, both junior and senior year. Erica has her Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and works with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in Special Education.
